Our website is specially designed to give you an instant quote! Start by selecting the material type you want, fill in all relevant requested data (size/quantity), and a number will appear 🙂
All orders are done through our website! You can see the changes in cost per sticker as you adjust sizing and quantity and the minimums are the default numbers on each product page. Here’s a video on how to order stickers!
Always! We send digital proofs that will appear in your account portal when they’re ready! We do not print anything without proof approval. Proofs will show your artwork with cutlines, the material printed on, production time, and the size of your sticker! Here’s a video on how proofs work!
One design=one line item.
We are unable to divide a line item quantity into multiple laminates, designs, colorways, sizes, or materials. Anything that differs will need to be placed as its own individual line item.
We suggest doing a sticker sheet if you have multiple designs you want printed but want the price break.

Each product page will list out the minimal quantity amount. Amounts vary due to the amount of production required for each product.
Our custom samples page is the best option for smaller quantities!
Our standard turn around time to produce stickers is 7-10 business days for most items. Please refer to the product page for more information! Need it sooner? When rush options are available, select a rush option during check out! The product page will also state if the stickers can be rushed. Production time does not include shipping.
Custom samples’ turn around time is roughly 3-5 business days from proof approval, but is subject to our standard 7-10 business days just like any other item.

If rush options are available during check out, the options are:
1 business day rush- 125% mark up
2 business day- 100%
3 business day- 75%
4 business day- 50%
5 business day- 25%.

Please note! Sometimes we are unable to fulfill rushes depending on our shop workload. If that’s the case, during check out the Production Time section will say “We are unable to process Rushes at this time, they will be back soon!” Sometimes we cannot fulfill rushes <3
Not necessarily! Our printer’s printing software can very easily convert RGB into CMYK. If you are particular about colors, a CMYK document may render a closer match to what you are looking for. If you’re worried about how your colors are going to print out, we offer sample runs here!
It’s all subjective, but 3″ is a great size/the most common sticker size! If your artwork contains a lot of detail/small text, it’s always better to go bigger!
We create the stickers based on the square inches of the size ratio inputted, for example if the inputted size is 3″x3″=9 square inches. The art will always be sized proportionally and we do not distort it. If you want a sticker to be a specific width or height, that may be included in the order notes, example: 3″ on the longest side!
Die cut stickers are cut completely through both the sticker vinyl layer and the backing so the end product is created to the shape of the design while kiss cut stickers cuts only through the sticker vinyl and not the backing so these usually have a rectangle border/backing that you peel the sticker off of.
Nope! Use as many colors you like! Printer ink more or less costs the same regardless of color.
Imperial! We are based out of the US.
jpg, png, pdf, eps, tiff are accepted on our website uploader. Expand all your fonts! Vector images typically have the best print quality if they retain their vector properties. If you’ve got AI, SVG, or PSD files, you may send them to our email support@stickerninja.com with your order #.
Upload the biggest file you have! The larger it is, the better it will print out. We need at least a minimum of 300 DPI at the desired print size, but 600 DPI would be best 🙂
We sure can! We have the ability to do mostly any variable you want! We do require a 1/8″ safety trim around all artwork. For classic glossy/matte, we require the shortest side be at least 1″ long, any smaller and these must be on a kiss cut backing. For shiny/specialty, we require the shortest side be at least 1.5″ long.
We do not do any graphic design work. We take print ready images and turn them into stickers!
Text based art is a huge part of graphic design 😉
We use white ink to block the effect of shiny (and some specialty) vinyl from showing through; areas with white ink will be opaque. More info about this process can be found here!
We cannot with our current printing software.
The smallest QR code size to make sure it still works while printed is a .3″ code! This does not include things like cutlines or safety trim, just the code size itself 🙂
Yes! We allow one internal cut that must be at least .3″ in size. Please note! Due to how labor intensive popping out hang holes are, the holes will remain in tact on the finished sticker, but will easily pop out when it’s time to hang them! 🙂
They sure are! Our stickers are UV protected for outdoor use, good up to 3 years.
Yup! They don’t mind the water at all. We have tested our stickers through the dishwasher for many years now.
All the yes! We’ve tested our stickers in a number of rough and tumble situations, including Burning Man!
We use USPS flat rate priority. Typically 2-5 business days.
Heck yeah we do! Choose it at checkout. Typically 1-3 business days.
Sure! We offer Local PDX Pick Up for $10, with a 24 hour hold. After that period your items get shipped, with no refund. Please note that domestic shipping in the U.S. is completely free, and local PDX packages only take 1 business day to arrive. Our shop is small so we need to keep items flowing! ♥ Pick up hours are 9:30A – 4:30P ♥
We currently only ship within the United States (Puerto Rico is included), Mexico, and Canada. International shipping is kinda iffy with travel time/items getting lost, so these are the options we feel most comfortable offering!
Production time for labels is 7-10 business days. Due to how labels on rolls are produced, rush options are not available for these. Production time does not include shipping.
